All about Sweet T's Cakes and Desserts
Created in my home kitchen, I am registered with the Arizona Department of Health under the Cottage Food Program A.R.S. 36-136(H)(4)(g) A.R.S. 36-136(H)(13) CFR # 10375. I earned my associates and bachelor's in arts degree for hospitality management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, and I maintain a current FSP Management Food Safety Certification. I focus on continuing to build my business by working with local farmers markets and other events that take place in the Kingman area, along with custom and individual orders/catering. Since I don't have an actual store front, I do offer free delivery to Kingman with a purchase of $25 or more. Shipping via UPS is an option for cities further away, however, please consult with me when placing the order. Some items do not ship well. Select items are available on store shelves at West of 3rd and Blake Ranch RV Park. Please follow my Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages to stay up to date on locations and events that are happening in our area that I will be attending.

Meet your baker!
Hi! I'm Taffy. Owner and sole proprietor of Sweet T's Cakes and Desserts. As a matter of fact, the "T" in Sweet T's stands for Taffy!
I thought I would tell you a little more about myself. You've seen my accomplishments, but I thought I could give you a little more info about me on a personal level. I live in a rural area known as Cedar Hills, about 15 miles east of Kingman with my family. I have as worked as a chef in several professional kitchens, including institution kitchens such as KRMC, and White Cliffs Senior Living. My passion has always been with food and working in a kitchen. After graduating from college, I tried my hand at running restaurants. My true love and talents are working in the kitchen, and I just didn't feel satisfied working as a restaurant manager. There was a hole in my life, and I felt smothered by my duties. The pandemic in 2020 hit, and the nation closed in The Shut Down. Like many others, I lost my job. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I found out about Arizona's Cottage Food program and decided to start making goodies to sell to the public. I started Sweet T's Cakes and Desserts and continue to work out of my home kitchen (for now), but I have the aspiration to turn this little micro business into a bustling mobile food vendor.
This year I will be celebrating my 4th year in business! I can't believe it! I want to thank each and every single one of you for getting me this far. Couldn't have done this without your support. I have nothing but love for all of you. Cheers to us, and here's to many more years working as your baker!
Quality is where it's at!
It's no secret that the quality of an item is in its ingredients. The better quality the ingredients, the better quality of the product, thus the better taste. Since I focus on making your treats remind you of a taste from years past, I make sure to use the best ingredients your grandmother might have used. I firmly believe in baker transparency. Here are images of some of the ingredients I use to create your tasty treats. Some ingredients shown below are used for some items, not all. You will find a full list of ingredients on the package of your tasty treats along with a Public Disclaimer sticker.
